Breaking Beyond: Unplugged
Breaking Beyond: Unplugged is a snail mail newsletter for anyone who wants to get to know themselves, love themselves, and accept themselves more deeply. Each month is different. Each month is intentional. Here's what you'll find in your envelope. A Personal Letter: From me to you. Sharing a piece of my life and reflections. A Written Piece: An article. Raw, reflective, sometimes uncomfortable. Always honest. Think of it like a blog post you can hold. Journal Prompts + Playlist: Guided questions to sit with, paired with a curated playlist to write to. Your own little ritual. Affirmation Card: Assigned at random, your message from the universe. Whatever you receive is exactly what you needed to hear. Surprises: Because joy doesn't need a reason. Small things to brighten your space and remind you of your own magic. The Envelope: Stamped, sealed, and mailed to your door. There's something about seeing your name handwritten on paper. What Subscribers Have Said "I was having a hard day today and your initial note had me crying. I taped the quote to my fridge. Thank you for your beautiful words <3" "Got your snail mail today and I absolutely LOVE it. Such a great thing you're doing. The affirmation card is exactly what I needed. The journal prompts got me thinking, the playlist is awesome! I can see how much thought you put into everything. Thank you so much! Subscribing to monthly mails!!!" "This was a much-needed change of pace. Thank you and I'm looking forward to the next envelope!"
