Mailbox Verified means Mailbox Clubs physically received a mailing from a club and confirmed that it reasonably matches the club represented in the directory.

A normal approved listing — Listed on Mailbox Clubs — only means the club has been reviewed and accepted into the directory. Mailbox Verified is a higher, separate trust signal.

What it means

Mailbox Clubs has received real mail from this club.

What it does not mean

Mailbox Verified does not guarantee future deliveries, product quality, customer service, refunds, or continued operation of a club.

How clubs earn it

  1. The listing is already published on Mailbox Clubs.
  2. The creator starts verification and receives a unique code.
  3. They mail one normal edition of the club to Mailbox Clubs.
  4. We receive the mailing, review it, and approve verification by hand.

Verification cannot be purchased. Featured placement and advertising are unrelated.
