Mailbox Clubs ("Mailbox Clubs," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, Mailbox Clubs will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement involving content available through our Services.
This policy applies to copyright claims only. Trademark, privacy, impersonation, or other complaints should be directed to support@mailboxclubs.com.
If you believe that material available on Mailbox Clubs infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a written DMCA notice.
To be effective, your notice should include:
DMCA notices should be sent to the designated copyright agent identified in the contact section of this Policy.
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to investigate or respond.
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may:
Removal of material in response to a DMCA notice does not mean that Mailbox Clubs has determined that copyright infringement actually occurred.
We may decline to act on notices that do not substantially comply with applicable legal requirements.
If content you submitted was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.
To be effective, a counter-notification should include:
Counter-notifications should be sent to the designated copyright agent identified in this Policy.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the person who submitted the original infringement notice and inform them that we may restore the removed material.
Consistent with the DMCA, the material may generally be restored between 10 and 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notification unless our designated agent receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.
Mailbox Clubs may also decline to restore material where another lawful or policy-based reason exists for keeping the material removed.
For example, content may remain unavailable if it independently violates our Terms of Use or Community & Listing Guidelines.
Mailbox Clubs maintains a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
We may consider factors such as:
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for a single serious infringement where appropriate.
Where applicable, Mailbox Clubs also accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works as required by law.
DMCA notices and counter-notifications are legal communications.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or knowingly materially misrepresents that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages and other costs.
Do not submit a DMCA notice or counter-notification unless you have a legitimate basis for doing so.
If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, you may wish to consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
Not every use of copyrighted material is infringement.
Copyright law permits certain uses without permission, including some uses that may qualify as fair use or otherwise be authorized by law.
Before submitting a DMCA notice, copyright owners should consider whether the use complained of may be authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
Mailbox Clubs does not provide legal advice and generally cannot determine complex copyright disputes between users and copyright owners.
This DMCA process applies specifically to copyright claims.

Please include sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the issue.
You may not use the DMCA process to harass users, suppress lawful criticism or competition, remove content you do not own, or otherwise misuse Mailbox Clubs' reporting systems.

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, our Services, or our procedures.
