We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted information.
Paid features may be offered. Payments are processed through third parties. Refunds are subject to stated policies.
All platform content, branding, and software belong to Lombardi Holdings Company, LLC unless otherwise stated.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations or misuse.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or uninterrupted service.
Mailbox Clubs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mailbox Clubs and Lombardi Holdings Company, LLC from claims arising from your use or content.
