These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mailbox Clubs.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mailbox Clubs.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only to the extent permitted by applicable law and, where required, with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
You may not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create, claim, manage, or submit a commercial club listing on Mailbox Clubs.
By creating, claiming, managing, or submitting a club listing, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to act on behalf of the club, creator, business, or organization associated with the listing.
Users under 18 may browse Mailbox Clubs, create an account, save favorites, subscribe to communications, and use other non-commercial features to the extent permitted by applicable law, but may not create, claim, or manage a commercial club listing.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of original content you submit to Mailbox Clubs, including listing descriptions, images, logos, profile information, and other materials ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Mailbox Clubs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, resize, adapt, distribute, and promote that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, advertise, and promote Mailbox Clubs and the listing, account, creator, or club associated with the content.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Mailbox Clubs.
You represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for User Content you submit.
You understand that club listings, creator profiles, images, descriptions, links, usernames, and other information submitted to public areas of Mailbox Clubs may be publicly accessible.
Public content may be indexed by search engines, shared by others, cached, archived, copied, or redistributed by third parties.
Do not submit confidential, private, sensitive, or personal information that you do not want publicly disclosed.
Removal of content from Mailbox Clubs does not guarantee that copies maintained by search engines, archives, users, or other independent third parties will immediately disappear.
You may not use Mailbox Clubs to:

Mailbox Clubs provides tools that allow creators, club operators, users, and administrators to create, submit, update, or claim listings.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit about a club is accurate and that you are authorized to submit or manage that information.
Unless Mailbox Clubs expressly states otherwise, we do not independently verify the identity, ownership, business status, inventory, products, fulfillment ability, legality, quality, reputation, or claims of a listed club or creator.
We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm ownership or authorization before approving a listing claim.
We may reject, modify, recategorize, suspend, hide, or remove a listing at our discretion where permitted by law, including because a listing is inaccurate, misleading, inactive, inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with our policies.
Mailbox Clubs is primarily a discovery and directory platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mailbox Clubs does not own, operate, manufacture, sell, ship, fulfill, or provide the products, memberships, subscriptions, artwork, mailings, or services offered by clubs listed on the platform.
A listed club or creator is an independent third party.
Mailbox Clubs is not a party to purchases, subscriptions, memberships, agreements, communications, or other transactions between users and listed clubs or creators.
We do not guarantee:
You are responsible for evaluating a club or creator before sending money, personal information, or entering into a transaction.
Any dispute arising from a transaction with an independent club or creator is primarily between you and that third party.
Mailbox Clubs may investigate complaints or take action regarding a listing, but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes between users and independent third parties.
Mailbox Clubs may approve listings, verify certain information, provide badges, identify clubs as verified, feature creators, rank listings, or highlight particular clubs.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, these actions do not constitute:
If Mailbox Clubs describes a particular verification program, the verification means only that the club satisfied the specific requirements disclosed for that program at the time verification occurred.
Verification status may be revoked at any time.
The Services contain links to websites and services operated by independent third parties.
Mailbox Clubs does not control those websites or services and is not responsible for their content, products, availability, security, privacy practices, payment practices, policies, or conduct.
Your use of third-party websites and services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
You access and transact with third-party websites and creators at your own risk.
Paid features may be offered. Payments are processed through third parties. Refunds are subject to stated policies.
All platform content, branding, and software belong to Mailbox Clubs unless otherwise stated.
Your use of Mailbox Clubs is also subject to our Community & Listing Guidelines.
Those Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update the Community & Listing Guidelines as the platform and community evolve.
Mailbox Clubs may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, investigate, moderate, reject, edit, recategorize, restrict, hide, or remove User Content or listings.
We may take these actions when we reasonably believe content or conduct:
Approval of content does not mean Mailbox Clubs has independently verified or accepted responsibility for that content.
Failure to remove or take action against particular content does not waive our right to take action later.
If you operate, represent, or promote a club listed on Mailbox Clubs, you are solely responsible for your club and its activities, including:
Listing a club on Mailbox Clubs does not transfer any of these responsibilities to Mailbox Clubs.
Users may report listings, content, or conduct they believe violates our policies or applicable law.
We may investigate reports and determine what action, if any, is appropriate.
Submitting a report does not guarantee removal or any particular outcome.
Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or abusive reports may itself violate these Terms.
Copyright complaints are handled according to our DMCA Policy.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, or other feedback about Mailbox Clubs, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This provision does not give us ownership of User Content submitted for purposes other than feedback.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, listings, or access to some or all of the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our policies, applicable law, the rights of another person, or have created a risk to Mailbox Clubs or its users.
We may also discontinue or modify the Services or particular features.
Where appropriate and reasonably practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, disputes, and previously incurred obligations.
Licenses granted to Mailbox Clubs for User Content generally end when the content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent copies reasonably remain in backups, archives, legal records, previously distributed materials, or are otherwise retained as permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
MAILBOX CLUBS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, LEGITIMACY, QUALITY, SAFETY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY CLUB, CREATOR, LISTING, PRODUCT, SUBSCRIPTION, WEBSITE, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE DISCOVERED THROUGH MAILBOX CLUBS.
YOUR INTERACTIONS AND TRANSACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAILBOX CLUBS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
THIS INCLUDES LOSSES ARISING FROM:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO MAILBOX CLUBS DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mailbox Clubs and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or required by law.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, you agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections or rights that cannot be waived under the laws of the jurisdiction where that consumer resides.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, Community & Listing Guidelines, and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the agreement between you and Mailbox Clubs concerning your use of the Services.
