Notes of Sunshine
Notes of Sunshine: Caring for the Caregiver After years of caring for my parents and grandchildren, I know how much of ourselves we give to the people we love. I also know how much a small, thoughtful gesture can brighten an ordinary day. That’s why I created Notes of Sunshine. This monthly subscription is for caregivers, busy women, and anyone who spends their days looking after others and could use a little encouragement themselves. It’s also for anyone who loves thoughtful surprises and the simple joy of receiving something special in the mailbox. Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtful letter filled with encouragement, a cheerful sticker, a reflection card, a monthly calendar with an uplifting reminder, and a little mystery gift, all chosen to brighten your day. Join Notes of Sunshine for something special to look forward to each month, a moment to pause and recharge, and a gentle reminder that while you care for others, you deserve a little sunshine, too.

Eeks & Squeaks Snail Mail Club
Each month explores a different emotional landscape through the guidance of a featured spirit animal or totem. Together, we’ll uncover lessons about resilience, grief, courage, transformation, self-worth, joy, and the many seasons of being human. Each envelope is intentionally filled with original artwork: a postcard and stickers inspired by the month’s spirit animal or totem, a heartfelt letter from the artist, a special letter written from the perspective of that month’s spirit guide, a symbolism collector’s card, and other surprise themed goodies! You’ll also gain access to the Secret Meadow, a gentle space for rest, reflection, and emotional grounding. Inside you will find three audio files. The first is an exclusive guided reiki healing journey, recorded by Melissa’s beloved partner, Jason Shivers (certified hypnotherapist and reiki master teacher). The other two are of Melissa narrating the letters written by herself and the spirit guide. Thoughtfully designed to inspire reflection, curiosity, and connection, each package serves as a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t always happen in giant leaps. It often arrives quietly, one small moment at a time.
