The Quiet Elsewhere is a monthly photographic correspondence for those who enjoy slowing down and noticing the world around them. Each month, you’ll receive a carefully selected photograph inspired by quiet places, fleeting light, changing seasons, memory, and the overlooked moments of everyday life. The photographs are rooted in Toronto and its surroundings, but the places they reveal could be anywhere—or nowhere in particular. Each mailing is an invitation to pause. Along with the photograph, you'll receive a personal letter sharing the story or observation behind the image, plus a small postcard featuring additional photographs from the same visual journey. The Quiet Elsewhere isn't about collecting things as much as collecting moments: a chance each month to step briefly outside the noise of everyday life and discover a quieter place through photography.
