What's Included
- Printed cards are produced on 118# Brilliant White cotton cover stock, while the letter is printed on the same cotton stock in a lighter text weight.
- THE WELCOME — An A6-sized, two-sided card with rounded corners featuring the monthly color and themed quote, with a postcard reverse designed to be kept, shared, or displayed.
- THE WINDOW — An A6-sized, two-sided card with rounded corners featuring a lived experience shared by another woman, offering a window into her perspective on the month’s theme.
- THE UNFOLDING — An A6-sized letter written by the founder exploring what is surfacing, shifting, and becoming visible through the month’s theme, folded and wrapped with a silver blind-embossed Silverbird Exchange seal.
- THE ECHO — An A6-sized, two-sided card with rounded corners featuring three reflection questions and space to write, creating a growing record of thoughts, experiences, and lived wisdom to keep and return to over time.
- THE DISCOVERY — A 2-inch round, mirror-finish sticker featuring a short monthly invitation, designed to create a small moment of discovery in the world around you.
- THE POCKET — An A6-sized Colorplan Imperial Blue pocket designed to hold and collect the pieces within each monthly Archive.
- THE ENVELOPE — An A6 Metallic Pearl envelope with a Euro flap, holding the complete Archive Edition inside the mailing envelope.
About This Club
Silverbird Exchange is a monthly mailed experience for women, centered on reflection, shared voice, and lived experience. Each month, a tactile Archive Edition arrives by mail, exploring a single theme through five thoughtfully designed pieces: THE WELCOME, an opening reflection; THE WINDOW, lived experience shared by another woman; THE UNFOLDING, a letter exploring what is surfacing, shifting, and becoming visible; THE ECHO, questions designed to be lived with rather than answered quickly; and THE DISCOVERY, a small invitation to notice something unexpected in the world around you. Created especially with women 40+ in mind, Silverbird offers a quieter place for women’s unfolding inner lives in a rapidly changing world. Each Archive is designed to be kept, returned to, and lived with over time. Some things are meant to be experienced slowly and returned to over time.
Meet the Artist
I’m Neille Hoffman, a brand designer, storyteller, and founder of Silverbird Exchange. For more than 30 years, my work has centered on noticing what others might overlook, finding connections between ideas, and giving form to something that may have begun only as a feeling or possibility. I’ve always been curious about how people move through the world. What shapes us? What stays with us? What becomes clearer with time? That curiosity eventually led me to create Silverbird Exchange and THE ARCHIVE, a monthly mailed experience centered on reflection, shared voice, and lived experience. I believe women carry extraordinary wisdom in the lives they have already lived. Silverbird creates a place for some of that wisdom to be seen, held, shared, and remembered.
