What is Menstrual Mail? Menstrual Mail is a monthly mail club subscription from The Period Crate. It’s a slower, more thoughtful way to stay connected to the project. It's something you can hold, read, and come back to, away from constant updates and scrolling. Each month, you’ll receive a letter that shares what’s really happening behind the scenes, alongside small, meaningful additions. The idea behind it The world moves quickly, and it’s easy to lose connection with ourselves and the things that matter. This mail club exists as a small pause in that. Each edition is designed to give you a moment to slow down, reflect, and reconnect while staying close to the work The Period Crate is doing in the community. Why subscribe? Your subscription helps support The Period Crate and allows us to continue stocking free period products across our locations and expanding into new spaces. It’s a simple way to stay connected to the work while receiving something thoughtful in return. What you’ll receive each month Each edition includes: • A printed letter with updates, reflections, and insights from The Period Crate • Real, anonymous experiences from the community • Simple, accessible menstrual health education • Thoughtful recommendations for further reading and understanding • A small, rotating add-on (such as bingo cards, word searches, menstrual menus, or journalling pages) Each edition is designed to be something you can read in your own time and return to. How the subscription works Menstrual Mail is a monthly subscription. Letters are shipped on the 1st of each month. The cut-off date for each edition is the 26th of the previous month. If you subscribe after the 26th, your first letter will be sent in the following month. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
