About This Club
Join me on a 5-week journey through Korea in fall! Each week, I'll send you a letter and little gifts, curated from a different, mystery part of Korea! These are NOT fictional letters- they're written, by me (not AI), on my trip, about my trip (and other things related to Korea) specially for the members of this Snail Mail Club, and posted in real time, as I wander around. Spots are limited because I’ll be packing, decorating, and mailing these by hand while traveling. Snail mail isn't as scalable as Substack, unfortunately! But isn't that the charm of it? Hosted by a Korea travel creator who has helped almost 300,000 people plan their Korean trips in the last year! (This is my 10th!) You will receive 5 hand-packed, individually decorated envelopes, sent from Korea in October & November 2026 (1 per week.) Note: The letters will be a copy of my handwritten letter. 1 lucky member- a different one each week- will receive the actual handwritten version.
Meet the Artist
I first visited Korea over 20 years ago and loved it so much, I started a Korean skincare business to keep going back! (Now defunct- instead, I have a Korean travel blog to help people plan their trips- alovelettertoasia.com In the last year, I've helped travelers with over 300,000 of their Korea trip planning questions!) Today, I'm about to go on my 10th (or so) trip and would love to explore Korea with you! 5 letters will be sent to you, 1 each week, each from a different part of the country. Each envelope will contain little gifts, which may be stickers, stationery, postcards, recipes, local crafts, local myths and legends etc. This will be letters sent in REAL time, when I'm in Korea, written by me, about my trip/ Korea and not AI.
