EJ is a queer, disabled business consultant chasing ways to bring tactile, playful experiences into world of business. Their idea-factory ADHD brain and physical disabilities shape everything—the novelty, the colorful design, the deep belief that access is human and sustainable business makes it possible. Common Snail weaves their backgrounds in operations, graphic design, writing, history, and public libraries.
