Shia’s Paperie

My name is Shia, and I’m from the beautiful state of North Carolina, where we experience all four crazy seasons! I live on a farm, surrounded by the simple joys of country living, and I also work as a nail technician. Aside from my love for creativity and art, my greatest joy is sharing the love of Jesus Christ. My faith journey hasn't always been what it is today. When I was younger, my mom took me to church, and I was baptized. However, I didn't truly understand what it meant to be saved until I reached my late twenties. It was then that the Lord called me back home, much like the prodigal son in the parable. I answered that call, and ever since, my journey with the Lord has been nothing short of amazing. Through His grace, love, and patience, I've come to understand just how wonderful it is to walk with Him. My testimony is a reminder that no matter how far we wander, God's arms are always open, welcoming us home. Why I Created This Snail Mail Club Shia’s Paperie was created with a little prayer and a big purpose: to plant seeds of faith, share my testimony, and spread the love of Jesus through something as simple and special as a handwritten letter. In a world where most things are digital and delivered instantly, I wanted to bring back the beauty of traditional snail mail. My hope is that every envelope brings a little encouragement, a reminder of God's promises, and perhaps a spark of curiosity for someone who is still discovering Him. Whether you're strong in your faith, beginning your walk with Christ, or simply curious about His love, there is a little place for you here. A Little About My Artwork Art is another way I love to express myself. I enjoy creating both traditional and digital artwork. The fine art 5x7 pieces included in your mail are my original art work. I would paint on a canvas using acrylic paint and then transfer to my camera and into the computer for prints. The remaining illustrations and designs are created digitally, inspired by my traditional artwork and recreated as closely as possible to preserve the same handmade feel. Every little detail is created with love, care, and creativity, with the hope of making your mailbox a little brighter.
