Marmee Dear

I'm Marmee--a mother of 11, grandmother to 24 and counting, and a self-taught watercolor artist. I began painting after losing my son at age 23 to a drunk driver, as a way to heal and begin. again. Today, my original watercolors fill the monthly envelopes of Marmee's Snail Mail Club, along with recipes, encouraging words, homemaking inspiration, and thoughtful paper surprises. Each envelope is created to feel like a letter from home or the grandmother you always wished would write to you--a gentle invitation to slow down and notice the beauty in ordinary days.
